These terms apply to your use of happyparentstoday.com and to anything you download or buy from its store. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who runs this website

Happy Parents Today is run by Gizella Nagyne Palinkas, sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó), 1238 Budapest Lang Endre utca 6, tax number HU90910056. Contact: hello@happyparentstoday.com.

2. The content is general information

Articles, guides and printables share general parenting information, personal experience and summaries of published research. They are not medical, psychological, nutritional, financial or legal advice. For anything about your child's health, development or safety, speak to your paediatrician or another qualified professional. The full Disclaimer applies.

I work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but I can't guarantee that every article is complete or current.

3. Copyright

All articles, images, printables and guides on this site belong to Happy Parents Today unless stated otherwise.

You're welcome to:

• Read and print articles for your own use.

• Share a link to any page.

• Quote a short extract with a link back to the original article.

Please don't copy whole articles, republish them on another site, or sell or redistribute any material from this site.

4. Digital products and free downloads

When you download a free resource or buy a digital product, you get a personal licence to use it in your own home.

• You may print as many copies as you need for your own family.

• You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.

• You may not claim the designs or text as your own.

5. Buying from the store

• Prices are shown in euros. [VAT NOTE — e.g. "Prices include VAT" or "The seller is exempt from VAT under Hungarian law"]

• The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. You receive the download link straight away after purchase.

• Payments are processed by stripe. I never see or store your card details.

• The Refund Policy explains what happens if something goes wrong with your order.

6. Links to other websites

Articles link to research papers and other websites. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Happy Parents Today is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Orders placed before a change are covered by the terms that applied at the time.
